Now download and print the relevant signing page only of only the following forms which apply to you or your child(ren).

If your child(ren) is(are) entering years 7 to 10 next year (2011) they are elligible to register for the College Laptop Program. Details of the program are available upon request. If you have read and are comfortable with the details of the program you can download and sign the following registration form for your child(ren).
