About The Lakes College Fun Run

The Lakes College Fun Run and Fair is a well-regarded annual feature of the North Lakes community. With the enthusiastic support of sponsors, many of whom have been involved since the event's inauguration in 2007, The Lakes College Fun Run and Fair has become an outstanding opportunity for the College to engage with the local community.

The Fun Run consists of the following events:

• Open 6km Run/Walk & 10km Run
• School Age 2km Run/Walk & 6km Run/Walk
• Veterans’ (50 ) 6km Run/Walk & 10km Run
• Business/Community Relay (Charity Event)
• School Team Trophies

For the first time in 2009, the Fun Run includes an Open 2km Run/Walk, following the same course as the School Age 2km Run/Walk.
