ABOUT THE ROLE
As Curriculum Assistant your stewardship of the College will see you providing exceptional administrative and general process coordination with the goal of facilitating an optimal learning environment and efficient operation of the College in terms of the academic program (QCAA processes, academic reporting and results) and pathways program (career development education and post school pathways).
Candidates must address the following selection criteria as part of their application.
1. Highly developed organisational skills, supported by previous experience in an administrative role within an educational setting,
2. Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with confidentiality, high level of accuracy and process adherence.
3. Intermediate to advanced level of skill and experience in Microsoft Office Suite of applications – Word, Excel, Office and OneNote.
4. Skill in the use of TASS (school business management system), SEQTA Learning Management System and Timetabling Solutions (Student Options Module) or the ability to quickly acquire these skills.
5. Well‐developed written and interpersonal communication skills. This includes the ability to create and maintain positive relationships based on respect and trust with students, parents, carers, and colleagues.
6. Current PAID Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or eligibility to attain.
