EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRINCIPAL

We are looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant to join our inclusive College Community who brings with them a remarkable ability to navigate the grey areas of their leaders lives to keep them looking their best and who will represent our College in all that they do with grace and authority.

As Executive Assistant to the Principal, you will be professional and impactful in your management of the Office of the Principal, providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support across the range of activities for which the Principal is responsible in the College.You will also be required to support the diaries of both the Deputy Principal and Director of Corporate Services.

Vocational Teacher Aide Placements

Candidates enrolled to study a Certificate III in Educational Support can apply for a Vocational Teacher Aide placement at any time during the year, however applications are pooled for consideration as part of two block placements per year.

Block placement one covers Term 1 & 2 and Block placement 2 covers Term 3 & 4.

Places are limited, and successful candidates must be prepared to work across both the Primary and Secondary schools. A vocational placement with the College does not guarantee employment with the College on completion of your course.
