As Finance Manager your stewardship of the College will see you providing effective support to the College Executive and College Community through the preparation, audit and analysis of accounts, annual reports and financial statements and the provision of timely and accurate information and advice for planning and decision making on financial legislation and regulations.
The Finance Manager is responsible for financial services including payroll, budget management, general ledger integrity and financial reporting.
Candidates for this role must have a CPA or CA qualification and | or at least 5 years’ experience in a financial management role.

- High accountability | Ability to take ownership of financial operations while maintaining alignment with your strategic directives
- Advanced reporting skills | Proven experience in developing, refining, and delivering insightful monthly/quarterly/annual finance reports tailored for executive decision-making
- Data-driven mindset | Uses accurate, timely financial data to proactively drive performance discussions and planning.
- Support to departmental operations | Ability to understand and partner with non-financial departments such as Teaching, IT, Property, Aquatics, Marketing, and Risk
- Technical proficiency | Solid background in general accounting, audit, financial compliance, and tax.
- Controls and risk management | Ensures financial governance and risk oversight are in place, particularly relevant for departments like Cafe, Aquatics, and Property.
- Collaborative and proactive | Anticipates needs rather than reacts and fosters a constructive working relationship with executive leadership.
