We faithfully invite candidates to apply for the role of Mathematics Teacher commencing in Term 2 of 2024.
This will be a full-time cover contract to meet emergent timetabling needs at the College for the remainder of the current school year. Graduate Teachers are encouraged to apply for this role.
Responsible to the Head of Secondary, you will act under the direction of the curriculum Heads of Faculty, developing and delivering a contemporary, innovative curriculum which is underpinned by clear expectations about high quality learning outcomes in a culturally diverse society.

- Demonstrated experience developing an engaging teaching and learning culture as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Secondary Mathematics curriculum.
- Commitment to supporting ‘TLC Beyond’ the college extracurricular program.
- Demonstrated experience building a culture of positive relationships management with students, families and colleagues.
- Commitment to the Uniting Church ethos and an inclusive College community.
- Current tertiary qualifications as specific to the role.
- Current Queensland College of Teachers registration.
